I take 1/2 gummie in the morning.....or maybe a 1/3. I'm more interested in the B12 than the caffeine and from the look of the nutritional panel, even 1/2 a gummie is quite adequate. I'll have to take it for awhile to really get the influence of it but if it really has the level of B12 in it that you advertise, it's got what I want.
